On May 10, Anhui Province announced the "Implementation Plan for Anhui Province to Promote Equipment Renewal in the Industrial Sector"(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), which aims to promote equipment renewal and technological transformation in the industrial sector through a series of policies and measures to achieve low-carbon development goals.
