According to the strategic cooperation memorandum, in order to jointly develop cooperative business, the company has the advantages of ginseng planting and sales business, and will strengthen exchanges and collaboration with Skula in various aspects such as research and development and sales of ginseng extraction technology, and complement and share. The two parties will enter into a formal agreement on cooperation business in due course.
